Returning to work from Maternity

Support Available:

  • Line Manager Check-ins: Regular, informal conversations to help ease your transition.
  • HR Support: Guidance on flexible working, phased returns, and any policy-related questions. Contact your HRSP.
  • Occupational Health (OH) Support: Support via Management or Self-Referral Routes.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Confidential support for emotional wellbeing, available 24/7.
  • Parenting Networks or Peer Support Groups: Connect with colleagues who’ve had similar experiences.
